Have an ASN and publicly routable IP space of at least a /24 IPv4 and/or /48 IPv6.
Have an entry on PeeringDB and keep it up to date.
Have a NOC to respond to requests about issues concerning routing.

If you would like to peer over a PNI/XC, you must cover the costs of getting to our rack with fiber. We will provide 1G/10G optics for our end. If we see it to be beneficial to us to peer with you based on traffic levels, we may choose to cover part of the cost of the interconnect.
We reserve the right to terminate peering temporarily or indefinitely, at any time, and for any reason, without notice.
We advertise the same routes to routeservers as we do to bilateral peers. You should have justification for establishing bilateral sessions if we already exchange routes via RS.
We discard routes that are bogons, prefixes longer than /24 or /48 and routes where the first AS in the path does not match the peers AS.
